You can go to look at the RFU site by following this link http://www.rfu.com
Heres how they have done so far with their predictions...

Otley Vs Pertemps Bees

Normal service resumed next week.

Prediction:  Bees to triumph at Cross Green after showing renewed good form of late.

Actual score: Otley 26 - 12 Bees

Pertemps Bees Vs Coventry  07.02.04

The Bees will be looking to continue their good recent winning run which has seen them narrow the gap on second placed Orrell to just a point now.

Coventry on the other hand are going through a dreadful run and have lost five in a row and last Saturday went down at Coundon Road to relegation rivals Penzance & Newlyn who moved above them in the table and push them down into a relegation place.

When the sides met earlier in the season at Counden Road it was the Bees who left with the points after a 39-13 victory.

Prediction: Comfortable Bees win by 14 points

Actual score: Bees 29 - 24 Coventry

Henley Hawks v Pertemps Bees 30.01.04

A tough game for 10th placed Henley Hawks as they entertain third placed Pertemps Bees at Dry Leas.

The Bees are on a good run and go into the match going for a sixth straight league win and keep the pressure on second placed Orrell who they trail by just a point now.

Henley picked up a valuable win last week with an away success at Manchester but were less than convincing.

Henley have managed just two league wins at home this season which is the same number as they have won away from Dry Leas.

The Bees on the road have done really well and picked up six wins in eight matches with only Orrell and London Welsh stopping them from winning.

Prediction: Away win by 14 points.

Actual score: Henley 17 - 19 Bees

away win but a lot closer than thought

Penzance & Newlyn v Pertemps Bees 24.01.04

The Pirates ended a four match losing run last Saturday with their first away win of the season against fellow strugglers Henley Hawks and are now just a point behind the Hawks with a game in hand. A home match against Pertemps Bees though could bring them back down to earth as the Bees go into the game looking for a fifth consecutive league win. On the road this season the Bees have triumphed five times in seven matches and only left Orrell and London Welsh without all the points.

The Pirates at home have done reasonable well and have a 50/50 record with three wins and three defeats.

When the sides met at Sharmans Cross the Bees were 50-17 winners and will be confident of doing the double over the Pirates.

Prediction: Despite winning at Henley last week have to go with an away win by 14 points.

Actual score: Penzance 32 - 53

Yes we won but by more than 14 points!

Pertemps Bees v Bristol

The Bees have an excellent home record this season with six wins out of seven and only Worcester have left Sharmans Cross with the points this season whilst Bristol have picked up just two away wins in seven road trips this season so everything points towards a home success.

Both sides were winners last Saturday away from home as the Bees went to Exeter and won a low scoring match 12-6 whilst the Shoguns snatched a late win at Penzance & Newlyn to make it three wins in their last four matches.

The Pertemps are stuck in third place in the league table and are 10 points behind second placed Orrell and 10 points ahead of fourth placed Plymouth Albion.

Bristol are in eighth place and improving week on week as they look to build for the future

When the sides met at the Memorial Ground early in the season the Bees were comfortable 45-11 winners as a new look Bristol side struggled to find their feet.

Prediction: Home win by less than 10 points.

Actual score: Bees 37 - 22 Bristol

Yes we won but by more than 10 points!

Exeter v Pertemps Bees 10.01.04

Exeter of late have shown some improved form and with three wins in their last four matches have climbed to seventh but that is still way short of where they would have expected to be at this stage of the season. At home they have not done too bad with just Orrell and Plymouth leaving the County ground with the points this season.

The Bees have got back on track after a blip and put together a run of four wins in five matches. On the road the Bees have won four out of six with their defeats coming at Orrell and London Welsh.

When they met earlier in the season it was the Bees who came out on top at 27-18.

Prediction:  Home win by less than seven points.

Actual Score: Exeter 6 - 12

Incorrect  :)

Pertemps Bees v Worcester 13.12.03

Top of the table Worcester are going for a 12th straight win this season but will face a tough task against the surprise side in National One this seas, Pertemps Bees.

The Bees are back winning again after a two match losing run with defeats against Orrell and London Welsh.

They are unbeaten at Sharmans Cross this season with five wins picking up bonus points in all five of those wins for the four try bonus point.

Worcester have won all five on the road and are averaging 30 points plus and picked up bonus points in three of those matches.

In six previous matches the Bees have yet to win with Worcester winning five and one match ending in a draw. The draw was at Sharmans Cross when the match ended 26 all in April 2001.

Prediction:  Worcester by 14 points.

Actual Score: Bees 0 - 18 Worcester !

Correct  :(

Wakefield v Pertemps Bees 6.12.03

Wakefield are going through a bad run after a great start to the season and will go into this match at College Grove looking to avoid a fifth straight defeat with the visit of third placed Pertemps Bees.

The Bees returned to winning ways last week after a two match losing sequence but re still eight points clear of the fourth placed side Otley.

Wakefield have dropped to seventh place but with it all very close below them they could do with a home win to get ahead of the pack behind them and restore some lost confidence.

Prediction:  Wakefields bad run to continue. Win the Bees winning by 10.

Actual Score: Wakefield 19 - 44 Bees !

Correct  but we won by a much bigger margin than they thought!

Pertemps Bees v Manchester 29.11.03

The Bees will be looking to end a two match losing run after they were surprisingly beaten at London Welsh last weekend where they failed to get on the scoreboard.

Manchester were busy recording their first win of the season with a home success over Penzance & Newlyn to keep in touch with the sides immediately above them in the league table. They also pushed Exeter close recently so they think they may be turning the corner as they aim to climb the table and escape the relegation zone.

Manchester have a 5/3 advantage in this fixture and at Sharmans Cross Manchester have twice come away with the points including last season when they recorded a 29-27 win late in the season.

Team news:

Prediction:  Bees to win by 20 points and bounce back from last weeks loss at Old Deer Park.

Actual Score: Bees 39 - 12 Manchester!

Correct :o)

London Welsh v Pertemps Bees 22.11.03

You would have to go for an away win in this one with the Pertemps Bees keen to return to winning ways after their first league defeat on the season at Orrell two weeks ago. Prior to this they had won six in a row and were sitting top of the table. They did progress to the quarter final of the Powergen Cup last Saturday with a win over Wakefield.

There is a huge difference in the scoring power of the two sides this season with the Bees already running in 34 tries, just under five a match, whilst the Welsh have managed just 13, less than two a match.

The Bees are the only side in the division to have picked up a bonus point in all their league matches so far this season with six coming from scoring four tries in a match and in the defeat at Orrell they went down by less than seven points.

The Welsh have picked up just the one win at Old Dear Park so far this season from three games and will need to show improved form if they are to make it two out of four.

Prediction: Bees away win by 10 points.

Actual Score: London Welsh 16 - 0 Bees

Incorrect :o(

Orrell v Pertemps Bees 8.11.03

Biggest test yet for the Bees as they travel to Edge Hall lane and put their 100% start to the season to the toughest test yet.

They will need to defend better than they did last Saturday against Waterloo who they let back in the game after leading 21-0 to trail 27-21 with 20 minutes left before pulling away in the final 20 minutes thanks to a Hubbleday double.

Orrell suffered a shock Powergen Cup exit at Bristol where they fell foul of the boot of Danny Gray who took advantage of a high penalty count in the second half to take the Shoguns to victory.

In the league though the Lancashire club have a four match winning run behind them and will see this as a must win match with home advantage.

Last season the clubs won one match each but it was the away game and the Bees left Edge Hall Road with a 27-18 win. The previous season Orrell won this fixture 20-13.

Prediction: Home win by 10 points.

Actual Score: Orrell 20 - 13 Bees!

Sadly got it right, although it was by 7 points rather than 10!

Pertemps Bees v Otley 25.10.03

Interesting match this one between the top side, the Pertemps Bees, and fourth placed Otley.

Last weekend they had differing results in the Powergen Cup fourth round, the Bees travelled to Yorkshire and overcame a stubborn Wharfedale side whilst Otley were beaten at Cross Green by Bristol Shoguns whom they had beaten earlier in the season at the Memorial Ground.

The Bees will be looking for their sixth successive five point haul this season to remain top of the table ahead of Worcester who are just a point behind.

This is a big test for Otley who after losing on the opening day of the season have pout together a run of four successive league wins and will need to quickly get over the Powergen Cup exit if they are to threaten the homes sides 100% start to the season.

Otley have won six of the last 10 matches between these two sides but over the last three seasons they have each won one and lost one. Otley have twice won at Sharmans Cross with their last win coming in February 2001 when they came out 13-10 winners.

Team news: Otley are likely to bring back Simon Binns at fly half with Ian Shuttleworth moving to full back , Simon hawkins into the centre and Richard Butler dropping to the bench. The forwards are likely to to be the same as last week.

Prediction: Bees to make it six out of six.

Actual Score: Bees 32 - 23 Otley!

Yeap six out of six!

Coventry v Pertemps Bees 11.10.03

This is a repeat of last weeks Powergen Cup match where the Bees left Coundon Road with their name in the hat for round four.

They Bees had a great first half and build up a winning 28-6 lead. Coventry did come back in the second half and got within a score but could not get any closer and the Bees were winners.

In the league this season the Bees are unbeaten and taken all five points in each of their four league matches to sit top of the table by a point from Worcester.

Coventry are languishing in 11th place with just one win so far this season and will want to start this match as they finished the one on Saturday otherwise they will end up with a fourth defeat in the league this season.

In their six league meetings over the last three seasons Coventry have dominated the fixture until the last one. Coventry won the first five meetings including a 50-0 romp at the start of last season. By the end of last season the Bees managed to turn it round with a 36-25 win.

Prediction:

Actual Score: Coventry 13 - 39 Bees!

Take it they didn't wanna comment on this game!

Pertemps Bees v Henley Wawks 27.09.03

In the 2001/02 season when Henley Hawks were relegated the Bees did the double over them but the season before that both matches ended in draws. Henley have won once at Sharmans Cross back in the 98/99 season when they were 22-8 winners.

The Pertemps Bees have made the perfect start to this season taking maximum points in all three games with home wins against Exeter and Penzance and away at Bristol.

The Hawks lost their first two matches but came good against Manchester on Saturday when they had a good first half to lead 31-9, before ending up 38-9 winners.

Prediction: Got to go for the Bees to make it four out of four with home advantage.

Actual Score: Bees 42 - 12 Henley!

Yeap we made it four out of four!

Pertemps Bees v Penzance & Newlyn 20.09.03

First ever league meeting between these two sides with the Pertemps Bees having home advantage at Sharmans Cross.

The home side have made an exceptional start to the season and find themselves top with a maximum 10 points. Both their wins have come off the back of strong second half performances, they were well behind against Exeter on the opening day of the season and at the Memorial Ground last Sunday they were just 14-11 ahead before running away with the match in the second 40 minutes.

The Pirates were well beaten at Bristol on the opening weekend of the season but last week got their first win against Henley Hawks. They left it late with an injury time try from Rob Thirlby giving them the lead deep into injury time seeing them home.

Predictions: The Bees to make it three in a row.

Actual Score: Bees 50 - 17 Penzance

Yeap we made it three in a row!

Bristol v Pertemps Bees 13.09.03

With home advantage for a second week running Bristol will be hoping to make it two wins in a row and get their season in National One off to the best possible start. Pertemps Bees though will have other ideas after their excellent home win over the experienced Exeter Chiefs side at Shamans Cross they will be looking to end all the optimism in Bristol.

Pertemps Bees with be a bit more experienced than the Pirates last week so Bristol will probably need to play better as the visitors will try and make it a forward battle which is not what the Shoguns want.

These two sides have never met previously in League rugby.

Prediction: Bristol to win but not by many points.

Actual Score: Bristol 11 - 45 Bees!

So Bristol didn't win and it wasn't close!
